Country Flight ("we", "us") lets adults chat anonymously with random people from around the world. This policy explains what we collect and why. Contact: jk69683625@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Google sign-in: your Google account ID, email address, name and profile photo. We never receive your Google password.
• Profile you create: nickname, gender (self-declared), "About" text, profile picture choice, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
• Location: your country, detected from your IP address (and your browser location only if you allow it as a fallback), plus your time zone for the daily streak. We store the country code, not your exact location or IP address.
• Friends and messages: friend lists, friend requests, and private messages between accepted friends are saved so you can read them later.
• Safety data: blocks, reports, strikes and bans. A report includes the last lines of the reported chat so we can review it.
• Activity: last-seen time and your daily streak.

What we do not store

Chats with strangers are not saved. Strangers only see each other's gender symbol and country flag until both people accept a friend request.

How we use it

To sign you in, match you with others, show friends and streaks, keep the community safe, enforce our rules, and keep the service running. We do not sell your data and we never show ads inside the chat.

Services we rely on

• Google (sign-in), MongoDB Atlas (database), Render (hosting) and OpenStreetMap (map tiles, which receive your browser's request).
• These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Advertising on our information pages

Our public information pages (such as the blog and About pages) may show ads served by Google AdSense or similar partners. These partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage personalised ads at adssettings.google.com or learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. No ads are shown in chats, and chat content is never used for advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with the providers above, when the law requires it, or to protect people from harm.

Your choices

• You can delete your account and all your data from within the app. Reports about other people may be kept for safety.
• You can remove a friend, which deletes your saved chat with them for both of you.
• You can email us to ask about or correct your data.

Age

Country Flight is only for people 18 or older. If we learn that someone under 18 is using it, we will remove the account.

Security and retention

We use encrypted connections and keep data only as long as your account exists. No service is perfectly secure, so please do not share personal details in chats.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
